Q: When should I expect to receive my order?
A: Both retail and custom orders are guaranteed in hand within 2 weeks of when the order is placed, subject to vendor's stock.
Q: What if I need my shirts before two weeks?
A: We do have free, guaranteed two week delivery on all custom orders. If you need your shirts before two weeks, we have the option of rush shipping your shirts. The cost of rush shipping will be paid by the customer.
Q: My Chapter isn't listed on your retail side, can we still order shirts from your company?
A: Yes! We can make Custom apparel for your chapter! If you like something we've done in retail or if you want to design your own style of shirts for you chapter, we can make shirts for every organization!
Q: What is the difference between retail and custom orders?
A: Retail orders are pre-printed items that are available online for individual order purchases. Items online can be purchased in group quantities.call 314.621.6806 for pricing details. Custom orders are typically original designs that are not available on our online store. Our art staff can design exactly what your chapter is looking for at no additional charge with the purchase of the order.
Q: Is there a minimum quantity of shirts you have to order to be qualify for custom orders?
A: No! There isn't a minimum quantity of shirts you have to order, but there are price breaks at quantities of 12, 36, 72 and 144!
Q: Do you give discounts for group orders of your online items?
A: Group discounts are given! Call 314-621-6806 to discuss what you best options are for group designs.
Q: I purchased the wrong size, how do I exchange it for the correct size?
A: Just mail your shirt back to us with your original invoice and a note saying what size you will be needing. All merchandise on sale are discontinued items and are subject to availability.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Retail items purchased online can be returned within 60 days of the purchase for a full refund. Please note refunds will only be given for the price of the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Q: I'm unsure of what size to order in a shirt. Do all of your retail items fit the same?
A: We try to provide you with the most information to chose the correct size, however, all of our items are printed on different styles of shirts. If you have questions about a particular item fits, feel free to contact us at 314-621-6806 to speak with an account manager that can help you with your decision.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: We can ship to Canada , but all shipping charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Orders shipping to Canada cannot be guaranteed within 2 weeks due to customs.
Q: How do I know if my order went through?
A: A confirmation order number will be given once the order has successfully been placed.
Q: I don't remember my login, how do I get it?
A: Your username is the e-mail address you used when you registered for your account. If you cannot remember your password, to have your password sent to this e-mail address, click here to e-mail your password. If you have changed your e-mail address, please contact us.
Q: My headquarters requires us to only use "Licensed Greek Vendors". Are you licensed?
A: We are licensed with all Fraternities and Sororities.
Q: Do you do items such as pens, water bottles, etc.?
A: We have access to over 10,000 items including promotional items. Because there are too many to mention online, contact an account manager to discuss your options.
