I have an idea for a design, where do I start?

What are your prices?

That depends on the style, design and quantity of your order. Once we have this information, we can easily get you a price estimate. We guarantee to be the lowest price of any greek licensed vendor on any product!

How much is shipping? Are there any other charges/fees?

Our prices are all inclusive, which means free shipping and there are no additional costs like art fees or taxes! 

How long does it take for an order?

It depends on the order, but typically about 2 weeks from the date the order is placed and payment is received. There are ways we can get them to you quicker, if necessary.

Do you have a rush shipping option?

Yes, if you need your order in less than 2 weeks, you are responsible for paying for rush shipping costs. We cannot guarantee the rush order to be delivered on time, but we will do everything we can to make it happen!

What types of items do you offer?

Anything you’ve seen in the greek market, we can do it, plus a handful of other things you probably haven’t seen! Click hereto start looking through some of our most popular products.

Do you do embroidery or sewn on letters?

Absolutely! We’re actually the only company in the greek market that can design any pattern for sewn on letters.

Can we place orders online?

Yes, we have an online ipay option for your members to pay individually with their credit cards. 

What are the payment options?

We accept check, credit card and electronic check. We also offer an ipay option (individual online payment) as well. Payment must be received before we put the order into production.

Are there any perks for the person placing the order?

Unfortunately we cannot offer incentives to the individual placing the order due to policy. However, we do guarantee lowest pricing on all products,  plus loyal chapters get exclusive incentives and promotions!

Can we get samples before we place an order?

Of course! To our loyal customers, we can send any samples at no cost!

Does the order ship to one location or individual addresses?

All orders ship to one location (usually the chapter house), but you can pay an additional $6 per location if you’d like to ship to more than one location.

My design is finalized, how do I submit sizes?

Send a list of sizes via email, excel document, google doc, etc. If you are utilizing ipay, you will not have to collect sizes.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Technically, there is no minimum order on most items however 24 pieces is a good baseline. Embroidery and sewn on letters have set pricing, so the minimum quantities are less of an issue and won’t affect pricing.

Can I order a product I don’t see on your website?

Absolutely! Any product, any design…the sky is the limit.

If I have a design/proof from another company, can I sent it to you?

Of course! We will take that design and make whatever changes you want to make it unique to your chapter.

Can you do cart and tag?

Yes, we can for an extra fee of $0.50 per item. With non cart and tag orders, we ship the product in sizes from smallest sizes on top, to the largest sizes on the bottom of the box.

What patterns do you have for sewn on letters?

We can create any design/pattern you want! You can search for patterns on istock photo or fabric.com to get ideas, and we will have our artists recreate that particular pattern.

Can you print the university name?

Yes, we can print the university name if we have the license for it. University names can easily be replaced with the chapter name or location of the school.

Can we do customized names/positions/numbers on an order?

Yes, there is an additional cost associated with this option.
